Echinodorus Amazonicus (Amazon sword)

Overview:  Echinodorus Amazonicus is an amphibious plant that is relatively easy to grow. Its big leaves and great color makes it a great addition to most tanks. The leaves of Echinodorus Amazonicus will often grow above the water if the conditions are good and the nutrients are enough. Trimming the leaves periodically will stop the leaves from growing above water. Overall, it is an easy plant to keep – just be careful of high carbonate hardness levels as they tend to affect the overall growth of the plant.
